- entering into an agreement with us, in particular for the use of our services provided electronically, through our products (“Products”), including demo products;

In this Policy, the term “controller” refers to the following companies:

For full transparency, we also indicate that the Companies may act in other roles provided for under the GDPR – for example, as data processors.

III. Data processing. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Website
When you use our Website, we process your personal data (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected through cookies or other similar technologies) for the following purposes:

- to conduct offer processes and manage relationships with contractors/clients – including responding to inquiries, conducting further correspondence, as well as establishing, defending, or pursuing potential claims.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., our legitimate interest consistent with the above purposes; - to fulfill legal obligations – e.g., tax and accounting obligations.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, i.e., compliance with our legal obligations.
When you use our Products, the organization you belong to has authorized your access. We process your personal data on their behalf to enable your use of the Products and to carry out related administrative or legal purposes. All processing is carried out as part of our role as a data processor under the Data Processing Agreement concluded with that organization.
Contact
If you contact us via email or the electronic contact form available on the Website, and the correspondence is not related to services provided to the sender or any other agreement concluded with them, the personal data contained in such correspondence is processed solely for the purpose of communication and resolving the matter to which the correspondence pertains, as well as establishing, defending, or pursuing potential claims. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which consists in conducting correspondence addressed to us in connection with our business activity
IV. Source of data
In general, we collect your data directly from you. However, there are situations in which we receive your data directly from a third party for the purpose of providing you support services or . In this case, we receive such data as – your identification data that will allow us to contact you and the data you included in the problem report.
Your data may also have been provided to us by third parties, such as our clients or contractors, or obtained from publicly available sources (e.g., commercial company registers).
V. Obligation to provide data

VIII. Recipients of your data
The recipients of your data may include Companies, as well as our business partners and other entities that support us in organizing work, marketing, handling correspondence, providing consulting, legal, and accounting services, as well as maintaining and operating tools and IT systems.
If the obligation to disclose data arises from legal regulations, the recipients of your data may also include competent authorities.
IX. Transfer outside EEA
The level of personal data protection outside the European Economic Area (EEA) differs from that provided by European law. For this reason, we transfer personal data outside the EEA only when necessary and with an adequate level of protection. Transfers outside the EEA occur in particular if our partner is located outside the EEA – in such cases, personal data will be transferred to countries for which the European Commission (EC) has determined an adequate level of protection. If there is no such decision by the EC, we apply other safeguards permitted by law, including, among others, standard contractual clauses approved by the EC.
