FlyGuide FPO is a comprehensive Flight Path Optimization System consisting of an EFB application, a cloud-based optimization engine, and an Operations Control Interface. The magenta line refers to the Operational Flight Plan parameters and the cyan dashed line represents the optimums recommended by the FlyGuide FPO. The app promotes clear colour guidance with a simple rule – “follow the green”, where the green colour represents the optimum flight path, resulting in the lowest total cost of flight.

The launch of the FlyGuide FPO has achieved remarkable savings, ranging from 38 to 68 kilograms per flight for a narrow-body aircraft. This corresponds to 2 400 000 – 4 000 000 USD savings and 23 400 – 42 300 tonnes less CO2 emission for an operator with 100 aircraft per year.
