We are looking for: BACKEND DEVELOPER [Senior/Expert]

 Your tasks ✅

• Build and maintain batch and realtime data processing pipelines
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs
• Design algorithms and workflows to optimize airline operations (e.g. fuel usage)
• Integrate external systems and datasources with a focus on security and reliability
• Build and optimize system’s architecture, CI/CD flows and customer onboarding processes

Our requirements 💪

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer
• Tech stack: Python (SQLAlchemy, Pandas) and/or Java (Spring Boot)
• Database: SQL (MariaDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Monitoring tools: ELK, Grafana
• Environment: Docker, Bash, Linux
• Track record of working with systems that are running in production
• Understanding of secure development practices (auth, data protection, etc.)
• Logical and analytical thinking – we appreciate independent-thinking attitude
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level)

Nice to have 👌

• Experience in the following is welcomed: Kafka, Apache Camel, FastAPI, NoSQL, Ansible, VMware / Proxmox
• Familiarity with Gitlab

This is a backend-focused role. You won’t be responsible for frontend or full DevOps ownership.

Financial offer 💰

Senior:
CoE: 15 200 – 20 200 pln gross
B2B: 16 950 – 22 500 pln netto + VAT

Expert:
CoE: 18 900 – 25 400 pln gross
B2B: 21 100 – 28 300 pln netto + VAT
