Customer Experience Specialist in Aviation

Your tasks:

  • Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the client’s needs
  • Customer data analysis, drawing conclusions
  • Participating in project meetings with the clients
  • Monitoring and addressing issues reported by airlines’ fuel managers
  • Creating product documentation
  • Defining the scope of new system functionalities
  • Cooperating with programmers and QA
  • Streamlining communication at the junction of business and IT

Our requirements:

  • Analytical skills (drawing logical conclusions, estimation, ease of interpreting tables and charts)
  • Minimum two years of related work experience
  • Higher Education (preferably related to Aviation or Statistics)
  • Knowledge of the English language including aviation terminology (direct cooperation with foreign airlines)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Excellent work organization and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

  • experience in operational aviation industry or eagerness to acquire aviation know-how
  • Passion to write comprehensive documentation and user guides for complex applications
  • Good knowledge of business analysis standards (e.g., UML, BPMN, Workflows, Swimlanes)
  • SQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of data security issues e.g., ISO, NIST, OWASP Top Ten
  • Certificates of participation in trainings in the field of information security
