Your tasks:
- Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the client’s needs
- Customer data analysis, drawing conclusions
- Participating in project meetings with the clients
- Monitoring and addressing issues reported by airlines’ fuel managers
- Creating product documentation
- Defining the scope of new system functionalities
- Cooperating with programmers and QA
- Streamlining communication at the junction of business and IT
Our requirements:
- Analytical skills (drawing logical conclusions, estimation, ease of interpreting tables and charts)
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Higher Education (preferably related to Aviation or Statistics)
- Knowledge of the English language including aviation terminology (direct cooperation with foreign airlines)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Excellent work organization and coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- experience in operational aviation industry or eagerness to acquire aviation know-how
- Passion to write comprehensive documentation and user guides for complex applications
- Good knowledge of business analysis standards (e.g., UML, BPMN, Workflows, Swimlanes)
- SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of data security issues e.g., ISO, NIST, OWASP Top Ten
- Certificates of participation in trainings in the field of information security
