We’re searching for our Web & Mobile Application Development Department a passionate Backend Developer, to soar with us, building applications that have meaningful impacts on the world by reducing CO2 emissions and helping pilots in their daily operations.

We are looking for: BACKEND DEVELOPER (Mid)

 🎯 Your tasks:

• Develop, implement, and manage APIs and related services to support a range of client-facing products, ensuring robust performance and seamless user experience.
• Create innovative algorithms and workflows, such as determining optimal points for aircraft to turn-off an engine while taxiing on the airport taxiway, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate customer systems via Single Sign-On (SSO) to enable secure access to in-house SaaS solutions.
• Explore and build upon architecture, CI/CD processes, system optimization, customer onboarding, and more.

🔍 Our requirements:

• Min. 3 years in a similar role, navigating backend development landscapes.
• Tech-stack: proficiency in Python (FastAPI / Flask / sqlalchemy); SQL (MariaDB or MySQL); Docker and managing Linux environments through Bash scripts.
• Awareness of IT security challenges and cryptography tools.
• Logical and analytical thinking – we appreciate independent-thinking attitude.
• Willingness to constantly develop and learn by oneself.
• Organizational skills, enjoyment of teamwork and openness for feedback.
• Good communication skills in English (B2 level).

💪 Nice to have: 

• Experience in the following is welcomed: Swift, Angular, Cloudflare, nginx, Apache HTTP Server, Ansible, Java (Spring boot), NoSQL.
• Familiarity with Gitlab.

💰 Financial offer for Mid:

• CoE: 8 500 – 13 800 pln gross
• B2B: 10 500 – 16 900 pln netto + VAT
