Your tasks on this position:

  • Complex customer support, including  being the first line of contact
  • Escalation of problems, providing solutions
  • Analysis of customer’s needs, gathering functional and non-functional requirements; then forwarding it to other company’s departments (close cooperation with Analytic team)
  • Participation in project meetings with customer
  • Customer onboarding for new products
  • Support in preparation of sales documents (business cases, offers, pricing, analyses)
  • Support in user acceptance tests
  • Cooperation with other company’s teams, including close cooperation with analytical team. This includes realization of analytical tasks concerning fuel efficiency in order to meet the product and customer’s needs
  • Improving communication between business and IT

Our requirements:

  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Experience in IT customer support
  • Highly developed technical skills enabling to translate specific data and issues into business communication
  • Familiarity or openness to meet and explore aviation industry terms
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements
  • Fluent communication in English (min. C1)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Great work organization, coordination skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Readiness for business trips, including abroad trips
