🎯 Your tasks:

  • Acquiring new customers in the global aviation market – from the first contact to product implementation and customer care
  • Analyzing and gathering customer’s needs
  • Preparation of sales documents (business cases, offers, pricing)
  • Project meetings with customers
  • Cooperation with other company’s teams, including close collaboration with IT and the analytical team – providing the business value of delivered solutions
  • Representing the company at international aviation trade shows/conferences

🔍 Our requirements:

  • Min 5 years of experience in sales at least in one area – IT or Aviation
  • Very good communication & presentation skills, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong ownership, strategically oriented and problem-solving attitude
  • Knowledge of how to transform technical aspects into business value and how to negotiate (language of benefits)
  • Great logical and analytical thinking, understanding of complex technical issues
  • Perfect work organization
  • Team-player attitude
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • MS Office skills

💪 Nice to have:

  • Experience in IT customer support would be an asset
  • Experience in an international work environment
  • Knowledge of data security issues e.g., ISO, NIST, OWASP Top Ten
  • Certificates of participation in trainings in the field of information security

💰 Financial offer:

  • Regular: 7 000 – 9 300 pln gross (CoE) / 8 500 – 11 400 pln netto (B2B)
  • Senior: 9 400 – 13 500 pln gross (CoE) / 11 500 – 16 500 pln netto (B2B)
  • Expert: we’re open for discussion, let’s negotiate!

Twoje zadania na stanowisku:

  • Pozyskiwanie nowych klientów na międzynarodowym rynku lotniczym – od pierwszego kontaktu, po wdrożenie oraz opiekę nad klientem.
  • Definiowanie potrzeb klienta
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentów sprzedażowych (business case, oferty, cenniki)
  • Prowadzenie spotkań projektowych z klientem
  • Komunikacja na styku biznesu, IT oraz działów analitycznych – zapewnianie wartości biznesowej dostarczanych rozwiązań.
  • Reprezentowanie firmy na międzynarodowych targach/konferencjach lotniczych

 Nasze wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
  • Doświadczenie przy wsparciu klienta w branży IT będzie atutem
  • Znajomość lub otwartość na poznanie i zgłębienie zagadnień rynku lotniczego
  • Płynna komunikacja w języku angielskim (min. B2+)
  • Wysoka kultura osobista
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy
  • Swoboda pracy w MS Office
