Corendon Airlines partners with StorkJet to expand fuel-efficiency and flight optimization capabilities

Katowice, Poland – 04.08.2026

Corendon Airlines, a Turkish leisure airline, has selected StorkJet to provide a suite of fuel-efficiency solutions to support sustainability goals, lower operating costs, and streamline flight operations.

Corendon Airlines was initially looking for a pilot-focused solution that would help crews fly the most optimized vertical path at optimum speeds. After several trial implementations, StorkJet’s FlyGuide FPO proved to be the best fit for the carrier, offering full flight path optimization across all phases of flight, cloud-enabled flight-phase integration, and machine-learning performance models built for each individual aircraft.

With FlyGuide FPO, pilots will benefit from real-time, data-driven guidance on optimum speeds and altitudes for fuel-efficient flying. The application also provides highest resolution weather forecasts, a newly added turbulence layer, and Air Traffic Management data – all in one EFB app.

Following the trial period, the reliability of savings achieved with FlyGuide FPO convinced Corendon Airlines to enter a long-term partnership with StorkJet and expand the cooperation across the broader fuel-efficiency portfolio.

As part of the next stage, Corendon Airlines will use FuelPro, StorkJet’s fuel-efficiency dashboard, to identify, monitor, and prioritize further fuel-saving opportunities across key operational areas, including flight planning, ground operations, APU usage, taxi, etc. This will help verify savings potential, track the impact of selected initiatives, and engage relevant teams around a more data-driven fuel-efficiency program.

The Airline will also benefit from FlyGuide, an EFB app supporting pilots with briefing, flight path optimization, and post-flight feedback. The application enhances situational awareness with insights on fuel planning, shortcut probabilities, ADS-B-powered taxi guidance, and weather impact on the optimal flight path, while helping crews learn from performance feedback after each flight.

“Flight path optimization is most effective when it is built on a precise, data-driven understanding of each aircraft’s actual performance. Our goal is not only to support pilots with real-time recommendations, but also to connect flight operations, fuel efficiency, and engineering teams around the same accurate data. This is where the StorkJet ecosystem brings the most value – turning tail-specific models, operational context, and advanced analytics into practical decisions that help reduce fuel consumption across the whole flight”
said Gökmen Düzgören, Engineering Manager of Flight Operations at Corendon.

We are delighted that Corendon Airlines selected StorkJet after a thorough evaluation process. We look forward to working closely with the Corendon Airlines team and supporting their fuel-efficiency strategy with accurate data, advanced analytics, and decision-support tools for pilots and operational teams. Welcome aboard!
said Piotr Niedziela, VP Sales & Customer Experience at StorkJet.

With this partnership, Corendon Airlines joins the StorkJet community and takes another step toward data-driven fuel savings, operational efficiency, and more sustainable flight operations. Welcome on board!
