We are looking for ✈ Customer Experience Specialist in Aviation

Your tasks:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Participate in project meetings with clients to discuss performance metrics and goals, conduct training sessions.
  • Address clients’ needs promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze customer data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, UX and QA specialists to define and enhance system functionalities.
  • Define the scope of new system functionalities, ensuring seamless communication between business and IT teams.
  • Create and maintain product documentation.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including the implementation of new features.
  • Assist in monitoring airline fuel efficiency initiatives and policies.
  • Monitor and resolve issues reported by airline fuel managers.

Our requirements:

  • Education or few years of professional experience in an aviation field (both would be perfect).
  • Proficiency in English, including aviation-specific terminology (C1).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to support decision-making, ability of questioning proposed solutions, and recommending approaches.
  • Active listening skills – adept at gathering requirements, identifying business needs, and understanding the core of customer communications.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value, with strong negotiation skills – e.g., collecting estimations and balancing customer satisfaction with company costs.
  • Taking ownership of tasks attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability for business travel.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working with clients in the IT industry.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Capability to write comprehensive documentation and user guides for complex applications.
