- Establishing and supervising HR procedures
- Supporting employees in the field of HR
- Preparation of documents related to employment
- Close cooperation with managers and the board in the area of researching teams’ needs and implementing solutions
- Conducting comprehensive recruitment projects
- Planning and supervising the HR projects and initiatives increasing employee engagement
- Planning and supervising the formulation of development plans

- Related work experience
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent work organization
