Your tasks:

• Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the client’s needs
• Customer data analysis, drawing conclusions, preparing reports recommending how to fly more economically and reduce fuel consumption
• Participating in project meetings with the client
• Defining the scope of new system functionalities
• Cooperating with programmers, UX and QA
• Streamlining communication at the junction of business and IT

Our requirements:

• Higher Education (preferably related to Aviation or Statistics)
• Minimum two years of related work experience
• Analytical skills (drawing logical conclusions, estimation, ease of interpreting tables and charts)
• Knowledge of the English language including aviation terminology (direct cooperation with foreign airlines)
• Excellent work organization and coordination skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of business analysis standards (e.g., UML, BPMN, Workflows, Swimlanes)
• Experience in operational aviation industry (eg. Aviation analyst, airline pilot, flight dispatcher, flight coordinator, flight mechanic etc)
• SQL knowledge
